Streaming & Screen Feeds

Not every conference room is perfect, not everyone can get the perfect view of the stage or speakers, that’s where I can help. Putting together a team that can film and project the conference onto big screens for Facebook Live

everyone to see. We can even produce graphics for these screens for when delegates are arriving along with making it all happen.

Facebook live and youtube are making live streaming very popular, and accessible for brands. These streaming services are certainly not just for gamers, or celebrities showing their lives off, they work well for everyone. Live streaming your next event might be the answer to increasing engagement with your brand online while also boosting the buzz around your event. If your event is a sold out free event why not live stream it for more people to join in? The feeds can be shared and watched as the event goes on and then for the days to after the event leading to not just a boost during the event but afterwards too.

Highlight videos

Highlight videos of events are becoming ever increasingly popular as means to help promote future events, having the event filmed with creating a highlight video in mind means you have real footage of what the event will look like. There can even be short interviews with delegates or exhibitors who are singing the event’s success to help build further anticipation for the event.

Simple Conference Coverage

Often the need for event coverage is simply because the event needs to be documented, it needs to be watched again by those not able to attend, or as training for others at a later date. As with everything else I do, I can do this to the best standard, offering 4K and multi-camera options, and always with a clean audio feed of all the necessary audio. Multi-camera helps the longer sessions at conferences feel more engaging to re-watch as there are at least two different perspectives.

Event Coverage Packages

Event budgets are often tight, and organising an event can be hard work pulling together everything, so I always try to work within your budget’s needs. I can always adjust what I deliver depending on your needs too. The above options are a good start, but I do have a few specific packages listed below – I have a pricing document that I can get to you upon request, but the prices start as low as £150.

1. All day photography coverage
2. All day video coverage creating online/digital files of each conference session.
3. All day video coverage with highlights
4. High-quality video coverage with highlights and screen feed if needed. And photography.
5. Multiple days of any of these options
6. Live streaming your event to the most relevant platform.
